Refund and Returns

As a not-for-profit organization, IHR Academy aims to provide educational content at minimal or no cost. However, in cases where fees apply (e.g., premium programs or events), the following applies:

Refunds

• Refunds are offered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Event or course cancellation by IHR Academy

• No refunds are issued for donations, unless made in error and reported within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

Email support@ihracademy.ca with:

• Full name

• Date of payment

• Reason for refund

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced programs may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

SWAP

We only offer program swaps in the case of a verified medical emergency that prevents a participant from attending or completing the enrolled program.
