As a not-for-profit organization, iHR Academy aims to provide educational content at minimal or no cost. However, in cases where fees apply (e.g., different programs or events), the following applies:

Refunds

• Refunds are offered only in cases of:

  • Event or course cancellation by IHR Academy

• No refunds are issued for donations or any program fees unless otherwise stated by iHRAcademy.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

SWAP

We only offer program swaps in the case of a verified medical emergency that prevents a participant from attending or completing the enrolled program.
